Fair Use Policy

Since CNIPA.AI provides high-value AI-generated patent documents, refunds are subject to the following Fair Use conditions: ✓ Full refund available if: • AI Drafting usage is less than 1 complete document • No patent documents have been exported or downloaded • Request is within 7 days of initial purchase ✗ Refunds NOT available if: • You have generated 1 or more complete patent drafts • You have exported/downloaded any AI-generated documents • AI translation usage exceeds 50,000 characters This policy ensures fair use while preventing abuse of our AI generation services.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase • Your AI Drafting usage is less than 1 complete document • You have not exported or downloaded any AI-generated content • You are on your first billing cycle with us • You have not previously received a refund from CNIPA.AI Partial refunds may be considered for annual subscriptions after the 7-day period on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds: • Accounts that have generated 1+ complete patent drafts • Accounts that have exported/downloaded AI-generated documents • AI translation usage exceeding fair use limits (50,000 chars) • API usage fees already consumed • Custom enterprise implementations • Third-party services or integrations • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
